From Spianada Square, cross the bridge over the Contrafossa moat to enter the Old Fortress. The entrance is located directly in front of the Liston. The walk from the edge of the Spianada to the fortress entrance is less than 5 minutes.

The Blue Bus 2A line stops near the entrance of the Old Fortress. From the Corfu Port, take bus line 16 to Spilia, which is near the Old Town. From the Corfu Airport, take bus line 15 to Corfu Town. From San Rocco Square, you can take several bus lines to reach Spianada Square, near the Old Fortress. A single bus fare is approximately €1.50.

Taxis are readily available in Corfu Town and can take you directly to the entrance of the Old Fortress. A short taxi ride from Corfu Port to the Old Fortress typically costs between €4-€6. From the airport, a taxi to the Old Fortress will also cost around €4-€6.
