The Friendship Monument is located in central Tirana and is easily accessible by foot from Skanderbeg Square. From the square, head east towards the National Library. The monument is located in the park in front of the library. There is no cost for walking.

Tirana's public transportation system includes buses that stop near the Friendship Monument. Many bus lines have stops around the pedestrian zone on Skanderbeg Square. From there, it is a short walk to the monument. A non-transfer ticket costs 40 Lek.
