From Skanderbeg Square, head east towards the National History Museum (Muzeu Historik Kombëtar). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Xhorxhi Martini. Turn left and walk along this street until you reach the end of the block. The entrance to Plac Skanderberga will be on your left, just a short walk from the main square.
