    From the center of Liberta, head east on the main road towards the village of Falmouth. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to English Harbour. At this intersection, take a left turn onto the road towards English Harbour. Follow this road for approximately 1 kilometer until you see a sign for Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre on your right. The entrance to the Centre will be a short distance down this road.

    From Liberta, take a local bus or minivan heading towards English Harbour. The buses usually wait near the main street in Liberta. Inform the driver that you are going to Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre. The drive will take around 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the stop for English Harbour, you can either walk back along the main road approximately 400 meters, or ask the driver to drop you off closer to the entrance of the Centre.
