You can catch a local bus heading towards the main attractions. Board the bus at any of the main stops along Av. del Libertador. Ask the driver to let you off at Plaza de Los Pioneros, which is a well-known stop. The ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. The local bus fare is approximately ARS 11,000.

If you are driving, head towards El Calafate. From the center of El Calafate, take Av. del Libertador in the direction of the main tourist attractions. Continue on Av. del Libertador until you reach the address 599-699. Plaza de Los Pioneros is located on this avenue and is easily recognizable. Parking is available nearby, but it may fill up quickly during peak tourist season. Parking costs vary, expect to pay around ARS 500 per hour.
