From the main entrance of the Perito Moreno Glacier, head southeast on Route 11 towards El Calafate. Continue for about 70 kilometers until you reach Route 40. Turn left onto Route 40 and drive for approximately 100 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the turn-off to Bahía Ameghino. After turning off, follow the dirt road for about 15 kilometers. The area is known for its beautiful views, so take your time and enjoy the scenery.
