From the center of Purmamarca, head south on Route 9 towards Tilcara. After approximately 15 km, merge onto Route 52 towards Mendoza. Continue along Route 52 for about 25 km until you reach the junction for Route 7. Take Route 7 and follow it for another 20 km. You will see signs leading to Cerro Volcán Overo. The parking area is located near the base of the volcano. Please note that a parking fee may apply.
