From Puerto Natales, take a regular bus to Laguna Amarga, which costs approximately $6 - $20 USD and takes around 3 hours. From Laguna Amarga, Hotel Las Torres is 7 km away. A shuttle service is available for hotel guests, with the 10-minute ride costing approximately CLP 5000 (USD $6). Ensure you pre-book the shuttle. Alternatively, a direct shuttle from Puerto Natales to Hotel Las Torres Patagonia can be arranged, costing $65 - $80 USD and taking approximately 2 hours.

Driving
Driving from Puerto Natales to Hotel Las Torres Patagonia covers 122.5 km and takes approximately 2 hours and 16 minutes. From Puerto Natales, take Route Y-290 towards Torres del Paine National Park. Continue on this route until you reach the Amarga Lagoon entrance. From there, follow the signs to Hotel Las Torres. Note that only guests are allowed to drive into the reserve, and those not staying at the hotel will need to start their hikes from the Welcome Center, adding an extra 2km. The entrance fee to the park for foreign adults is 32,400 CLP (USD $36) for less than 3 days or 46,200 CLP (USD $51.50) for 3+ days. There is free self-parking at the hotel.
