From the visitor center in Chiricahua National Monument, head southeast on the main road (Canyon Road) for approximately 8 miles. Follow the signs directing you towards Barfoot Park. The road will lead you through scenic landscapes typical of the area, and you'll arrive at Barfoot Park, which is located at approximately 31.9175 latitude and -109.2801 longitude. Parking is available at the park.

While there are no direct public transportation options to Barfoot Park from Chiricahua National Monument, tourists can take a local shuttle service to nearby towns such as Willcox or Benson.
