Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Gilbert, head to the nearest Valley Metro bus stop. You can take Route 120 towards Tempe. The bus will take you directly to the Tempe area. Once you arrive at the Tempe Transportation Center, transfer to Route 81. Ride the Route 81 bus for a few stops until you reach the stop at Forest Ave & University Dr. From there, Arizona State University Tempe Campus is just a short walk down S Forest Ave.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to ride a bike, you can rent one from a bike-sharing program available in Gilbert. Start by heading south on the Greenbelt trail until you reach the intersection with McQueen Rd. Then, continue west along McQueen Rd until you reach the intersection with University Dr. Turn left on University Dr and continue until you reach S Forest Ave. Turn right on S Forest Ave, and the Arizona State University Tempe Campus will be on your left.

  • Walking

    If you're near downtown Gilbert, you can walk to the nearest bus stop to take public transportation to Tempe, or you can walk directly along the sidewalks. Head south on Gilbert Rd towards the intersection with University Dr. Continue walking along University Dr until you reach S Forest Ave. Turn left on S Forest Ave and walk until you see the Arizona State University Tempe Campus on your right.
