If you're traveling by car, head towards Patagonia, AZ. From Patagonia, take Route 82 East towards Sonoita. After approximately 10 miles, turn left onto Forest Road 62. Continue on this road for about 6 miles until you reach the Cave of the Bells trailhead. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the parking area.

Public transportation options are limited in the Huachuca Mountains. However, you can take a Greyhound bus to Tucson, AZ. From Tucson, you may need to arrange for a shuttle or taxi service to Patagonia, AZ. Once in Patagonia, you can rent a bike or walk the 10 miles to Route 82, then follow the directions for car travel, as public transportation does not reach the trailhead directly.
