  • Public Transit - Bus

    If you are starting from downtown Phoenix, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Valley Metro bus route 50 heading east. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Scottsdale Rd & Chaparral Rd stop. From there, transfer to the Scottsdale Trolley (the Downtown Trolley route) and take it towards the Scottsdale Waterfront. Get off at the Scottsdale Mall stop, and the Scottsdale Historical Museum will be within a short walking distance.

  • Public Transit - Light Rail and Bus

    Begin at the nearest Valley Metro Light Rail station in Phoenix. Take the light rail heading towards the direction of Mesa. Disembark at the Mill Ave/3rd St station in Tempe. From there, catch the Valley Metro bus route 81 heading north towards Scottsdale. Get off at the Scottsdale Rd & Indian School Rd stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the museum. Head east on Indian School Rd, turn north on Scottsdale Rd, and finally head east on E Scottsdale Mall to reach your destination.
