From downtown Flagstaff, head to the nearest bus stop on Route 10 (The North Route) at the Flagstaff Library. Board the bus and stay on it for about 50 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop for the Sedona Park-and-Ride. Once you get off, you can catch the Sedona Shuttle which will take you closer to the Devil's Bridge trailhead. The shuttle ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at the Chuck Wagon Trailhead, which is the closest access point for Devil's Bridge.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in downtown Flagstaff. After renting, head south on Milton Road, continue onto Route 89A toward Sedona.
