If you're traveling by car, head to Sedona, Arizona. From the center of Sedona, take AZ-89A N for approximately 6 miles. Look for signs directing you to the Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness area. You will want to turn onto Forest Road 525 (also known as Dry Creek Road) and follow it until you reach the trailhead parking area. The drive may require a vehicle with good clearance depending on the condition of the road. There is no parking fee, but be sure to arrive early as parking can fill up quickly.

For those using public transportation, take the Sedona Shuttle from your location in Sedona to the Dry Creek area. You may need to check the shuttle schedule in advance, as it operates on limited hours. Once you arrive at the Dry Creek area, you will have to hike approximately 1 mile to reach the trailhead for Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes and bring water for your hike.

If you're an adventurous cyclist, you can also bike to the Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Starting from Sedona, take the paved bike path along AZ-89A and follow the signs towards Forest Road 525. Be prepared for some uphill sections and ensure your bike is equipped for off-road conditions.
