Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, head towards Sedona on Highway 89A. Once in Sedona, look for the signs directing you to the Red Rock Scenic Byway. Turn onto the Red Rock Scenic Byway and continue for about 2 miles. Keep an eye out for the parking area for Snoopy Rock, which is located near the entrance of the Red Rock State Park. If you reach the park entrance, you've gone too far; turn around and find the parking area on your right.

• Public Transportation

  Using public transportation, you can take the Verde Lynx bus service to Sedona. Get off at the Sedona stop near the intersection of 89A and 179. From there, you can either walk or use a rideshare service. If you choose to walk, head south on 89A, then turn right onto Red Rock Scenic Byway. Continue walking for about 2 miles until you reach the parking area for Snoopy Rock, which is near Red Rock State Park.

• Hiking

  For those who enjoy hiking, you can access the trail leading to Snoopy Rock from the nearby Bell Rock Pathway. Start at the Bell Rock parking lot and take the Bell Rock Pathway heading north. Follow the trail for about 1 mile until you see the junction that leads toward Snoopy Rock. The trail will become a fun scramble, so be prepared for some climbing. The views along the way are spectacular, and you'll know you've arrived when you see the distinct shape of Snoopy Rock.
