From Saguaro National Park, head east on E Old Spanish Trail Rd. Turn right onto S Houghton Rd and continue straight for approximately 4 miles. Merge onto I-10 W toward Tucson. After about 8 miles, take exit 262 for Valencia Rd. Turn left onto E Valencia Rd and continue for about 2 miles. The Pima Air & Space Museum will be on your right at 6000 E Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756. There is a parking fee of $5.

To reach Pima Air & Space Museum via public transportation, start by taking the Sun Tran bus route 9 from the Saguaro National Park Visitor Center. Ride the bus towards downtown Tucson and transfer to route 6 at the Ronstadt Transit Center. Take route 6 towards South Tucson and disembark at the stop closest to E Valencia Rd.
