    From any location in Scottsdale, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Valley Metro bus route 72 towards the Phoenix Downtown area. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. You will want to get off at the stop at 7th Ave & Washington St. From there, walk east on Washington St for about 3 blocks (approximately 10 minutes) until you reach the Arizona Science Center at 600 E Washington St.

  • Light Rail

    To reach the Arizona Science Center using the light rail, make your way to the nearest light rail station in Scottsdale. Take the light rail towards the Mill Avenue/Third Street station. Transfer at the Central Ave & Washington St station, then exit the train. Walk 2 blocks east on Washington St for about 5 minutes to arrive at the Arizona Science Center located at 600 E Washington St.

    If you're near the Scottsdale Waterfront, you can take a scenic walk towards the Arizona Science Center. Head south towards the Arizona Canal, then walk west along the canal path until you reach the intersection with 1st Ave. Turn left on 1st Ave and continue walking until you reach Washington St. At Washington St, turn right and head west for about 20 minutes until you see the Arizona Science Center at 600 E Washington St.

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from a nearby bike rental service in Scottsdale. Head west on Camelback Rd towards downtown Phoenix. Continue straight until you reach Central Ave. Turn left and bike south until you reach Washington St, then turn right. The Arizona Science Center will be on your left at 600 E Washington St, about a 30-minute bike ride from Scottsdale.
