Getting There

• Light Rail

  If you are starting from Scottsdale, head to the nearest Valley Metro Light Rail station. The closest station is the Scottsdale Waterfront station. Board the light rail heading towards the direction of Phoenix. You will need to stay on the light rail for about 30 minutes. Get off at the 12th Street/Washington station in Downtown Phoenix. From there, exit the station and walk north on 12th Street until you reach East Washington Street. Turn left on East Washington Street and walk about three blocks until you reach North 5th Street. Turn right on North 5th Street, and the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market will be on your left at 720 N 5th St.

• Bus

  From Scottsdale, find the nearest bus stop that services the Valley Metro bus routes. Take Bus Route 81 heading towards Downtown Phoenix. This bus will take you directly to the downtown area. Stay on the bus for approximately 40 minutes. You will want to get off at the bus stop located at East Washington Street and North 5th Avenue. From there, walk north on North 5th Avenue until you reach East Washington Street. Turn left on East Washington Street and walk about three blocks until you reach North 5th Street. Turn right on North 5th Street, and the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market will be on your left at 720 N 5th St.

• Bicycle

  If you enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Scottsdale. From there, take the Arizona Canal Trail heading west towards Phoenix. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection of 68th Street and Camelback Road. Turn left on Camelback Road and continue until you reach 7th Avenue. Proceed south on 7th Avenue until you reach East Washington Street. Turn right on East Washington Street and continue until you reach North 5th Street. Turn right again and the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market will be on your left at 720 N 5th St.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, you can start from the Scottsdale Waterfront. Head west on East Camelback Road until you reach North 68th Street. Turn left on North 68th Street and walk until you reach East Thomas Road. Cross over to the other side and continue straight until you reach North 7th Avenue. Turn left on North 7th Avenue and continue until you reach East Washington Street. Turn left on East Washington Street and walk until you reach North 5th Street. Turn right on North 5th Street and the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market will be on your left at 720 N 5th St.
