Getting There

  • Public Bus

    If you are starting from the Scottsdale Waterfront area, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Scottsdale Rd & Camelback Rd. Catch Valley Metro Bus Route 70 towards Phoenix. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop at Central Ave & Baseline Rd. From there, transfer to Bus Route 1 towards 19th Ave. Ride for another 15 minutes and get off at the stop closest to 10919 S Central Ave. Walk south for about 10 minutes to reach South Mountain Park.

  • Biking

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the numerous bike rental shops in downtown Scottsdale. Head south on Scottsdale Rd until you reach the intersection with McDowell Rd. Turn right onto McDowell Rd and continue until you reach Central Ave. Turn left and ride down Central Ave. The park entrance will be on your right after approximately 5 miles.

  • Walking

    If you are close to the Arizona Biltmore area, you can walk to South Mountain Park. Head south on 24th St until you reach McDowell Rd. Turn right onto McDowell Rd and walk until you reach Central Ave. From there, turn left and continue walking down Central Ave for about 2 miles. The park entrance will be on your right. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water!

  • Ride-Sharing Service

    For a more convenient option, use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. Simply open the app, enter '10919 S Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042' as your destination, and select the type of ride you prefer.
