From Winslow, Arkansas, head north on Highway 71. Turn left onto Bowles Gap Road. Continue on Bowles Gap Road for approximately 2 miles until you reach the entrance to White Rock Mountain on your right. Note that the final approach involves driving on well-maintained gravel forest roads. There is a $3 day-use fee per vehicle, payable at the brown and white office/general store.
