From downtown Hot Springs, head north on Highway 7, then turn left onto Whittington Avenue. Turn right onto Cedar Street, which becomes Cedar Glades Road. Continue to Wildcat Road and turn left into the park. Parking is available at the trailhead. Limited RV and bus parking is available.
