The Reserve at Hot Springs offers a unique lodging experience in a city known for its history and natural beauty. Housed in the W.C. Brown House, a landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the inn provides a glimpse into the Gilded Age with a contemporary twist. Originally built in 1890 in the Queen Anne style, the house was remodeled in 1919, showcasing Neoclassical architecture. Lumber baron W.C. Brown Sr. purchased the home around 1900 to provide a safe haven for his family. Today, owners Mark and Rhonda McMurry have transformed the mansion into a luxury boutique hotel that opened in the summer of 2021. The Reserve features 12 guest rooms and suites spread across the main house and the adjacent Legacy House. Guests can expect complimentary breakfast, gourmet coffees and teas, and chef-prepared pastries. The property sits on four acres of landscaped gardens, offering walking paths, verandas, and an outdoor fire pit. Located on Central Avenue, The Reserve is near Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and Hot Springs National Park.
