    From Russellville, take Highway 7 south. Just before the city limits, look for Lock and Dam Road on your right. Turn onto Lock and Dam Road and follow it into Old Post Road Park. Once you pass Shepard Road, take the next right. You will see the Army Corps of Engineers HQ on your left; continue past it, and the trail is just above the HQ. Parking is free in the park.
