From Vartanants Square, head north-east on ул. Ваана Теряна towards ул. Саят-Новы. Continue to follow ул. Ваана Теряна. Turn right onto ул. Абовяна. Turn left onto ул. Ширакаци. The abandoned prison will be on your right. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. No costs involved.
