Start your journey from the center of Haghpat, near the Haghpat Monastery. Head towards the main road that leads out of the village. Once on the main road, proceed north towards Alaverdi. As you walk, enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding hills and valleys. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach a junction where you will see a sign for Sanahin. Take the left fork and continue walking for another 15 minutes until you reach the village of Sanahin.
