Getting There

Bus
From Jermuk, walk to the nearest bus station located near the central park. Look for buses heading to Sevan or Yerevan. The journey to Lake Sevan will typically require a transfer. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic route as you travel approximately 30 km towards Sevan. After about an hour, you will reach the town of Sevan. From the bus stop, walk towards the lake, which is about a 15-20 minute walk downhill.

Shared Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, head to the main square in Jermuk where shared taxis (marshrutkas) are usually available. Look for a taxi heading towards Sevan or Yerevan. Share the ride with other passengers, and the driver will take you to the vicinity of Lake Sevan. The drive will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive in Sevan, ask the driver to drop you off at the lakefront, which is a popular destination.
