Car
Start your journey from the town of Ashtarak, which is approximately 30 km from Yerevan. Take the M1 highway towards the village of Kachachkut. Once you reach Kachachkut, continue on the road until you reach the parking area near the trailhead for the hike to Հերի բնակատեղի. From the parking area, follow the marked hiking trail heading east for about 4 km, which will lead you directly to the location.

From Yerevan, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Ashtarak. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in Ashtarak, you can either take a taxi to Kachachkut or catch another marshrutka if available. Upon reaching Kachachkut, you will need to walk to the trailhead parking area. From there, hike along the marked trail heading east for approximately 4 km to reach Հերի բնակատեղի. Be sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water and snacks.
