Public Transportation
To reach the Small Waterfall in Aragats using public transport, begin by taking a marshrutka (minibus) from Yerevan to Ashtarak. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes and costs around 500 AMD. From Ashtarak, transfer to another marshrutka heading to Byurakan, which costs about 300 AMD and takes an additional 20 minutes. Upon arrival in Byurakan, you can either walk or hire a taxi to the base of Mount Aragats. A taxi ride will cost approximately 2,000-3,000 AMD. From the base, a 20-minute hike will take you to the waterfall.
Car
If driving, start from Ashtarak and head towards Byurakan. From Byurakan, follow the road leading to Mount Aragats. Continue until you reach the area known as 'F7V5+HHV'. Park in a safe location near the trailhead. The Small Waterfall is approximately a 20-minute hike from the parking area. Follow the trail, looking for a small stream that leads to the waterfall.
