Getting There

Car
From Tatev Monastery, head back to the main road (M2). Turn left onto the M2 and continue straight for about 6 km. Look for signs pointing toward Khndzoresk. Turn right onto the road leading to Khndzoresk (you may see signs for Old Khndzoresk). Follow this road, which will lead you through scenic landscapes for about 10 km until you reach the village of Khndzoresk. The old village is located just off the main road. You can park your car in designated areas near the entrance.

Public Transportation
From Tatev Monastery, walk back to the nearest bus stop on the M2 road. Catch a marshrutka (shared minibus) heading towards Goris. The fare is approximately 1,500 AMD. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Khndzoresk village stop. From there, follow the signs to Old Khndzoresk, which is a short walk (around 1 km) uphill. Be prepared for some light hiking as the path can be uneven.
