Lalazar Bridge is a notable historical landmark situated in the Qubadli District of Azerbaijan. Completed in 1867, the bridge crosses the Bargushad River and stands as a testament to the architectural style of the time. Some accounts suggest an earlier construction date in the 18th century. The bridge features a single arch, with an oval lower part and a flat upper surface. Natural rocks were used in its construction, a common practice in Azerbaijani bridge design, to provide support. The bridge is 2.8 meters wide and stands 4.5 meters above the water. Local historical sources note that in Soviet times, the dates of construction and repair inscribed on the bridge were deliberately scratched off. Prior to the war, the bridge was standing and in use. The area was occupied, but later liberated in 2020.
