From Goris, take a marshrutka (minibus) to Tatev village. Once in Tatev, it's a 4km walk or a short taxi ride to the monastery area, from where you can easily walk to the viewpoint. The marshrutka from Goris to Tatev costs approximately 300 AMD.

Wings of Tatev Cable Car
The most scenic approach is via the Wings of Tatev cable car from Halidzor. After arriving at the Tatev station, the viewpoint is a short walk from the monastery complex. A round-trip ticket on the cable car costs 7,000 AMD.
