The bus will take you towards the outskirts of Yerevan. Make sure to have small change for the fare as it is collected upon boarding. After approximately 30-40 minutes, you will arrive at a stop named 'Aghavnavank'. Once you disembark, look for signs that lead towards the monastery, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk, from the same Republic Square, head northeast towards Northern Avenue. Continue until you reach the intersection with Abovyan Street. Turn right and walk straight until you reach the bus terminal at the end of Abovyan Street. From there, you can catch a minibus or a taxi to Aghavnavank Monastery, or you can opt to walk if you're feeling adventurous, as it will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions if needed.
