    From the hotel area, take Route 4A and follow it for approximately 14 km. Pass through several roundabouts until you see a sign for Frenchmen's Pass. Turn left at the Frenchmen's Pass, then take the first left and the second right. Continue down the dirt road for about 200 meters, and the sanctuary will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.

The sanctuary operates daily (except January 1st) from 9 am to 4 pm, offering a chance to observe the donkeys in a peaceful, natural environment. Knowledgeable volunteers are on hand to answer questions and share insights into the sanctuary's mission and the donkeys' care.The sanctuary relies on donations to provide food, shelter, and medical care for the donkeys. Visitors can contribute through monetary donations, purchasing souvenirs from the gift shop, or even symbolically adopting a donkey. For a donation, you can cuddle and hug one of the friendly donkeys for 15-30 minutes. The sanctuary also offers opportunities to help with the daily chores of feeding and caring for the donkeys.
