Driving
From the high-rise hotels in Palm Beach, head north along L.G. Smith Boulevard. Continue past Arashi Beach, following the coastline. The road will become unpaved as you near Aruba Shack Beach. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended due to the rough terrain. Parking is free and available near the beach. Be mindful of the natural surroundings. There are no tolls or parking fees.
Taxi
From Noord, a taxi to Aruba Shack Beach will cost approximately $25-$35. Agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey, as taxis in Aruba do not have meters. The ride is about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Note that there may be a surcharge of $3 on Sundays, official holidays, or between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
