Continue straight onto Caya Frances until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Caya Betico Croes. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs for Oranjestad. Keep walking straight, and you will eventually reach Zoutmanstraat. The Museo Historico Aruba will be on your left at GX97+4P3, Zoutmanstraat, Oranjestad.
