The Arubus, Aruba's public bus service, stops along L.G. Smith Boulevard. Take the bus to the central bus station in downtown Oranjestad, which is adjacent to the cruise terminal and next to Royal Plaza. From there, the park is a short walk south along the boulevard. A single bus fare is US$2.60, or a round trip Retour card is US$5.00.

Taxis are readily available in Oranjestad and can take you directly to Queen Wilhelmina Park. Taxi stands are located outside the cruise terminal, major hotels, and shopping areas. A taxi from the airport to Oranjestad costs approximately $21. The minimum fare is $7. Remember that there is a $3 surcharge on Sundays, official holidays, and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
