After about 5 kilometers, take the exit for Falls Road. Follow Falls Road, which will eventually turn into Sir Frank Packer Drive. Continue until you reach the car park at the base of Empress Falls. Note that parking is available at the Wentworth Falls picnic area, which may incur a small fee.
