Car
If you're driving to Landslide Lookout from Katoomba, head south on Katoomba Street towards Bathurst Road. Continue onto Cliff Drive for about 3 kilometers, following signs for Scenic World. As you approach Scenic World, look for a parking area nearby. Landslide Lookout is accessible via a short walking trail from the Scenic World car park. The lookout is located approximately 700 meters from the car park, and the trail is well marked.
Public Transport
To reach Landslide Lookout using public transport, take the Blue Mountains Line train from Sydney to Katoomba Station. Once you arrive at Katoomba Station, exit and walk to the bus stop adjacent to the station. Catch the Route 686 bus towards Scenic World. The bus ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Scenic World stop, and from there, it's a short walk (approximately 700 meters) to Landslide Lookout. Follow the signs for the walking trail leading to the lookout.
Walking
If you're already in the Katoomba area and prefer to walk, you can start from the Katoomba town center. Head south on Katoomba Street towards Bathurst Road, then turn right onto Cliff Drive. Continue walking along Cliff Drive for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the Scenic World area. From the Scenic World car park, follow the trail signs to Landslide Lookout, which is about a 700-meter walk. The path is well-maintained and offers beautiful views along the way.
