Once you get off at the stop closest to Adelaide Street, walk towards the Brisbane City Hall which is located at 64 Adelaide St. The Museum of Brisbane is on Level 3 of the City Hall.

Head to Brisbane Central Station. From there, take a train towards the 'Cleveland' or 'Gold Coast' line. Get off at the next stop, which is Roma Street Station. Exit the station and walk towards George Street. Continue down George Street until you reach Adelaide Street, then turn right. Walk until you reach Brisbane City Hall at 64 Adelaide St. The Museum of Brisbane is located on Level 3.

If you are in the vicinity of South Bank, make your way to the Victoria Bridge. Cross the bridge into the city center. Once you reach the other side, continue straight until you reach Adelaide Street.
