Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Brisbane City, walk to the Queen Street Mall and head towards the Brisbane River. Follow the riverbank until you reach the Victoria Bridge. Cross the bridge, and when you reach the other side, continue straight until you see South Bank Parklands on your left. Enter the parklands and follow the signs to South Bank Beach.

    Take any bus that stops at the Cultural Centre, such as routes 199, 60, or 61. Once you arrive at the Cultural Centre bus stop, head towards the river and follow the path into South Bank Parklands. Keep walking until you reach South Bank Beach.

    Board a train on the South Bank line and disembark at South Bank Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for South Bank Parklands. After entering the parklands, continue walking until you reach South Bank Beach.
