From the heart of Fortitude Valley, head south on Brunswick Street towards the city. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ann Street. Cross over to the other side of the street and keep walking straight. You will pass several cafes and shops along the way. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you'll arrive at New Farm Park, located at 1042 Brunswick St, New Farm QLD 4005.

Walk to the nearest bus stop on Brunswick Street, which can be found at the corner of Brunswick and Ann Streets. Catch the bus number 199 or 196 heading towards New Farm. The bus ride is approximately 5-10 minutes. Get off at the stop for New Farm Park (Brunswick St near Sydney St). From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance of the park.

Head to the nearest CityCat ferry terminal at Howard Smith Wharves. This will take about 15 minutes by foot from Fortitude Valley. Take the CityCat ferry heading towards New Farm. The ferry ride takes approximately 5 minutes. Disembark at the New Farm Park ferry terminal. Follow the signs to walk into New Farm Park, which is just a short stroll from the terminal.
