From Byron Bay, drive south on Broken Head Road. Approximately 2km south of Suffolk Park, turn left into Broken Head Reserve Road. Continue 3km to the end, where you'll find the picnic area and the start of the Three Sisters walking track. Parking is available in the paved carpark at the Broken Head picnic area. Parking fees are $4 per vehicle per hour, payable via tap and pay at the machines. Free parking is very limited outside the reserve.

From Byron Bay, take the 640 bus towards Ballina. Alight at the Broken Head Rd opp Rose Apple Pl stop. From there, it's approximately a 30-minute (3.3km) walk to the Broken Head picnic area and the start of the Three Sisters walking track.
