From Cairns Central Station, take the Sunbus route 110 towards Smithfield. Get off at the stop 'Smithfield Shopping Centre'. From there, transfer to route 111 towards Atherton. Get off at 'Walkamin'. Once you arrive in Walkamin, head south on Chewko Rd for about 10 minutes (approximately 800 meters) until you reach Mt Uncle Distillery at 1819 Chewko Rd.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Cairns. Start by heading west on Grafton St toward Spence St, then take the bike path along the Captain Cook Highway. Follow the signs to Walkamin, and once you reach Chewko Rd, turn left. Mt Uncle Distillery will be on your right after cycling for about 6 km.
