    From Canberra City Centre, take the R1 bus to Dickson Interchange, then transfer to the R9 bus to reach the AIS. The R9 bus stops near the AIS entrance on Leverrier Street. The total journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. A single adult fare is around $5.15.

    A taxi or ride-share from Canberra City Centre to the AIS takes approximately 7 minutes. Request to be dropped off at the AIS Visitor Centre on Leverrier Street. The estimated cost is $23-$28.
