From the Kingston Foreshore, head southeast along the waterfront towards the end of the boardwalk. Continue walking on the path that leads to the east side of Lake Burley Griffin. You'll pass by various cafes and parks along the way. Once you reach the intersection with Trevillian Quays, turn left and follow the path until you reach the bridge that crosses over to the other side of the lake. After crossing the bridge, keep walking straight until you see the signs for Barrine Drive. Turn right onto Barrine Drive and continue walking until you see the Captain Cook Memorial Globe on your left.
