If you're driving, head towards Mount Wellington. From the city center of Hobart, take the Davey Street exit onto the Southern Outlet (A6) and follow signs for Mount Wellington. From The Springs, follow the signs to Sphinx Rock Lookout, which is about a 30-minute walk along the well-marked track. The walk is relatively easy but does involve some uphill sections. There is no entry fee for the park.
