From Ningaloo Reef, take the North West Coastal Highway (National Route 1) south towards Perth. This trip will take approximately 12 hours, so plan for an overnight stay. Once in Perth, continue your journey by taking the Kwinana Freeway (State Route 2) south towards Bunbury. From Bunbury, take the South Western Highway (State Route 20) to Geelong, and then follow the signs to Queenscliff. Upon reaching Queenscliff, follow the signs to the ferry terminal located at 1 Wharf St E.
