From there, transfer to the Kuranda Scenic Railway or take a local bus that goes to Kuranda. If you choose the Scenic Railway, enjoy the beautiful ride as it takes you directly to Kuranda Station, where you will get off. Once you arrive at Kuranda Station, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Butterfly Sanctuary. Just head down Therwine St, continue onto Rob Veivers Dr, and you will find the sanctuary on your left.
