Depending on your starting point, follow local roads to connect to the M4. Once on the M4, head towards the city and look for signs directing you to Eastern Creek. Take exit 18 towards Great Western Highway/A32. Merge onto Great Western Highway and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. The zoo will be on your left at 700 Great Western Hwy, Eastern Creek NSW 2766. Parking is available on-site but may incur a fee, so check the zoo's website for the latest parking information.
