From Circular Quay, catch a ferry to Manly. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the Sydney Harbour. Once you arrive at Manly, exit the ferry terminal and take Bus 144 towards Collaroy. Get off at 'Harbord Road near Freshwater Beach'. Walk down Harbord Road to reach Freshwater Beach, where you can find the View Platform at the northern end of the beach.

If you are staying in Manly, you can walk to Freshwater Beach from there. Start at Manly Beach and follow the coastal path north. The walk will take around 30-40 minutes and is quite scenic. You will pass through the beautiful Queenscliff Beach before reaching Freshwater Beach. Once at Freshwater, head to the northern end of the beach for the View Platform.
